Our RAC and Squad gymnasts need to keep these four days available as we have an exciting training opportunity for them. 

We will also have an open session available for other clubs within the Aerobic Community to attend. Keep an eye on our website and social media pages for information on how to book onto this. We would also highly encourage a coach or coaches from each club to attend to continue their CPD.
