WHAT A DAY!!! 
The Southern Region Team in Czech Republic for the Czech Aerobic Open 2023 have been incredible today.
If anyone has been watching the live stream you will agree it has been action packed!! A whopping 294 routines in one day..
Cloe and Freya have done amazing. Both gymnasts have moved up an age group for 2023, both brand new routines, Freya moved up to FIG this year and this was her first international competition as well.
Suki are very proud of you both, how much you have developed, taken all your training in your stride, taken on new challenges and never moaned. We are excited to see you compete again in the Southern Region competition next weekend with the rest of your teammates!
Cloe finished 53rd and Freya 42nd! Cloe's category had 70 gymnasts in it with one category for the region having 125 routines!!
A massive thank you to the Southern Region coaching team and our coach Enora for supporting our girls, and a HUGE thank you to our regional judges including our fabulous Su! You have judged 294 routines today, your brains must be 
LEGENDS all round!
