Heathrow Region Report
On Friday 27th May – Sunday 29th May Suki attended the Heathrow Aerobic Gymnastics International Championships 2022 at Bracknell Leisure Centre.
Suki was honoured to take 37 gymnasts to this event which broke down in the following:
Level 1 in Aerobic Gymnastics:
2 Introductory Aerobic Code Teams (8 gymnasts in total)
Level 2 in Aerobic Gymnastics
17 Regional Aerobic Code Gymnasts (13 routines)
Level 3 in Aerobic Gymnastics
9 National Aerobic Code Gymnasts (10 routines)
Level 4 in Aerobic Gymnastics
1 Foundation Gymnast (aged 9 years this year)
2 FIG Gymnasts
It was a tough competition, with one of our age group categories being as big as 35 competitors, but this did not stop the team. They had their goals in sight and knew what they needed to do to achieve these. The results below are of the team members who achieved top 10 in their category.

25 of our routines improved from the Southern Region competition in April with the biggest increase being 1.95 on a couple of routines within the National team.
Our team are now working hard towards their next event, our home competition at Fareham Leisure Centre, Saturday 25th – Sunday 26th June
