Just a reminder ahead of tomorrow and due to last Monday being a bank holiday
Our coaching team have a coaches meeting tomorrow evening to review the routines from the Southern Region and to continue planning forward.
With this in mind, the following alterations are in place (as normal)

IAC Training - 4.30pm - 5.45pm

General and RAC Training - night off so the coaches can review.
We have lots of notices popping up this week, so keep those eyes peeled!!
