Zoom Returns!

2nd January!!
2 days into the New Year and its the grand announcement of our ZOOM SESSIONS!! Until we exit tier 4 we will continue with our zoom training sessions for the team.
The meeting code can be found on our closed facebook page. If you have not got access to this, please contact us on the below email addresses.
Your gymnast will then go into the waiting room to be accepted in.
❌ PLEASE MAKE SURE your gymnasts name is their log in name. Any other name or unidentified name will not be accepted in. ❌
Monday / Tuesday
Team RAC 5.00pm - 6.30pm
Squad 6.45pm - 8.15pm
Wednesday
General & IAC 5.00pm - 6.30pm
Please note if you have a younger gymnast who can only manage one hour, please log them off at 6.00pm, however ideally we would like them to train for 1.5hrs to achieve the most they can. Please also remember younger gymnasts might need your assistance, so we would recommend you being near / same room / so you can step in and assist. Thank you for being their number 1 fan!

RAC and Squad and IAC over 10’s HIIT 5.00pm - 6.30pm
